RETURN & REFUND POLICY
PHITEN HAWAII will only accept returns – no exchanges. First, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title “Return Phiten Product” and the reason for the return. Then, we will contact you via email about the return procedure. We need to receive the email within 30 days of the ship-out date. The item(s) must be returned to the address below after being instructed to do so. The item(s) must be sent with its original packaging and packing slip.

Please note: PHITEN HAWAII reserves the right to refuse any return claim. The decision is the sole discretion of PHITEN HAWAII and will be decided when the product is received by PHITEN HAWAII. Only re-sellable items will be accepted. Once the item is accepted, a refund transaction will be made within 7 to 14 days of item receipt. Return shipping shall be paid by the customer.
