Can be worn on either the left or right ankle.

Another that I felt skeptic but I try. At first very tight and hard to put on, after I managed it feels snug fit help support my ankle and I can wear shoes. The main thing is help relieve pain. I wear more often when I walk a lot and in the garden. My next item will be the wrist and necklace.
