SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Phiten Hawaii. We ship from our store in Honolulu, Hawaii, to customers across the United States and internationally.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Standard Shipping: $5.95
- Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $50
- Express Shipping: $15

Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Express delivery typically arrives in 1–3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, using live carrier rates from DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Please note: customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Phiten Hawaii is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account to check order status.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at info@phitenhawaii.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
