A new addition to the PHITEN tape series – The material MCC (Metax Carbon Ceramic) has been added to Phiten Discs Metax+MCC, which is a good match for Metax. It can be kept on for two to three days due to its water-resistance material making it versatile and strong against perspiration and water. (※Should you feel any irritations, please take them off.)

Simply press with your fingers and stick it where it feels good or where you feel discomfort.

2) Pinpoint care of areas of concern

Simply stick it on your neck, shoulders, and anywhere else that feels good or bothers you by pressing it with your fingers.

Tip for application: One of the best ways to apply the discs is to move the concerned areas to find out the worst spot. Then, apply a disc on the spot. Again, move the area the same way to feel the difference. If you find a secondary spot, apply another one. Try to repeat this procedure.
