National Preparedness Month (NPM) is an observance each September to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that could happen at any time.
The 2021 theme is
“Prepare to Protect. Preparing for disasters is protecting everyone you love.”
by Ready. gov, National Service Campaign.
Hurricane Iniki had come to Hawaii on Sep 5th, 1992. It was the most devastating hurricane in the history of Hawaii States. So we must not forget about that and get prepared for our loved ones.
When a disaster occurs, we would live in an unusual environment, which would make us feel more tired both physically and mentally than we could imagine.
When we feel stress or anxiety, it becomes difficult to use the ability that our body originally has including immunity.
As a result, the body becomes stiff, tight, and we might be insomniac, lose appetite. And it could cause great physical and psychological damage.
Even under these kinds of circumstances, Phiten products can be a great help for us both physically and mentally.
Here in Hawaii, natural disasters could happen anytime throughout the year.
Let’s remind ourselves of the Importance of Preparation.
